Brisbane Family Photography – This is the Stein family and I looooove them! Seriously, I have know Kylie for 15 years. Yep, I almost can’t believe it myself. We met two days before my wedding when another hairdresser decided to turn my hair orange instead of blond. After saving me from baldness and bad photos, I vowed we’d be friends for life. And it just so happens I wasn’t lying.
Many children, career and life changes later, we are still friends and I’ll be forever grateful for her awesomeness. I had the pleasure of photographing both boys when they were younger and then little miss Olivia when she was born, but Kylie decided it was time to update the family photos. I love this park and it was the perfect backdrop for the beautiful outfits we decided on. It took a bit of shopping (with a bonus breakfast), coffee and web browsing but we finally found the right combo.
Although Mila has been born, Olivia is walking and the two boys are looking me in the eye since their last session Kylie still looks as radiant as ever.
You would think working with so many children would be a difficult task. But these four kiddies were on point! We ran, played under blankets, snuggled and held hands. Family photoshoots are always just the right mix of posed and candid fun moments. Something we definitely captured in this session!
Kids will be their mama’s babies no matter how old and tall they get. And capturing these timeless images will be something this mum will cherish for ever.

Family photoshoots are always followed by an in person viewing. This is where you get to see all the magic of the day come alive. We touch and feel all the goodies in the studio and families can choose from a wide range of canvas, tiles, wooden blocks etc.. for their home including some that are both unique and handmade. In this instance, Kylie fell in love with our “Egypt Mix” wooden block collection. It will take pride of place in their living room and I know this family will re-live these memories every time they see it.
