Not everyone likes having their photo taken, least when you are 36 weeks pregnant and feeling like you are about to explode! This was me. I literally have 3 photos of me pregnant, and that’s over two babies! 13 years on, and it makes me sad. Both kids ask me what they looked like in my tummy and I really can’t show them. Did I want to have my photo taken, nope. Do I now regret that…yep.
Eryn is a dear friend. She was tentative at first about having a maternity session but her lovely partner insisted and I’m sooooo glad he was able to convince her to come along. These images have turned out stunning. The love on her daughters faces, checking out their new sibling is priceless.
I know those first few weeks after having bub are busy. I also know you are in between sizes and don’t necessarily want to purchase new clothes but still want to look beautiful for your session. That’s why we have invested in some stunning dresses that you are welcome to choose from to use in your session. Eryn wore one the gowns from our client wardrobe and together we co-ordinated the rest of the family around this.
We wern’t sure how the afternoon was going to go, as when we arrived the clouds came rolling over and the wind picked up. Luckily, clouds make the best sunsets and wind is priceless for flowing locks and showing off baby bumps!
After walking across long stretches of sand, playing in the waves, stopping to take in the beautiful sunset, there was no better way to end the evening than with some sparkler fun!
