Hmmmm, what do you do when you have a session you love so much you want to blog the whole thing! And then, what do you do when you have a cake smash, with no one wanting to smash the cakes! We has miss L and baby A in the studio for miss A’s one year portraits. Since the girls birthdays are only a few days apart, mum thought it would be a great idea to have a double cake smash. I, of course thought it was a stroke of brilliance and started baking up a storm. There was only one problem in our master plan. Baby A decided, she doesn’t like cake…. at all, and miss L only likes icing…. and keeping spotlessly clean. Hahah! Well, the best laid plans of mice and men will often go astray, so the saying goes. We improvised and still ended up with some funny as shots for the storyboard. Lucky we had a split session and spent the rest of the afternoon at my new favourite location. How beautiful do they all look. Who would have known, that a swamp could be so darn amazing! 🙂
